Met ingang van 25 juli 2018  is de Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme gewijzigd. De plaatselijke dekens hebben dit jaar een uniform toezichtbeleid vastgesteld. Als advocatenkantoor bent u verplicht om eenmaal per 2 jaar een cursus Wwft bij te wonen van 2 onderwijsuren.
